Site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Wellington, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a golf course; water / sewer project; and for the addition of a golf course.
This project includes the expansion and redesign of the practice area at Park Ridge Golf Course. This project involves expanding the existing chipping green, re-grassing, new irrigation/drainage, and expanding the square footage of the practice area. Funding is from the Golf Course Capital fund. The project is included in the County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
