Demolition, site work and new construction of a golf course in Wellington, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a golf course; for the construction of a golf course; and for site work for a golf course.

The work consists of demolishing and replacing a prefabricated metal building for the New Park Ridge Golf Maintenance Building under the Minor Construction Services Annual Contract for Palm Beach County. Pre-qualification requirements: Qualification is required in order to bid for projects under this Annual Contract. A contractor may obtain a Qualification Application by sending an email with the Project Number P-2024-006328 in the subject line or downloading it from the County's Vendor Self-Service system. The contractor must submit the Qualification Application at least 10 days before the quote/bid due date for its quote/bid to be considered. Only quotes/bids received from Qualified Contractors will be considered. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is also required if intending to bid this work. The County reserves the right to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all quotes/bids. Questions must be e-mailed to FDO-CID-Bids@pbc.gov at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Only questions received in writing will be responded to regarding this Invitation for Quote/Bid. Question Deadline 04/07/2026 SCOPE OF WORK To demolish and replace prefabricated metal building per the project requirements provided below: a. The general scope of work is to replace the existing prefabricated metal storage building and to re-use the existing concrete foundation. The new building installation is to include two new office spaces, a ADA compliant handicap restroom, air conditioning for the offices, salvaging equipment for re-use, and exterior plumbing connections for restroom fixtures and a new fire hydrant. b. Perform work per engineered documents provided in Exhibit "1". c. Refer to Exhibit "2" for location map. d. Provide electrical power to the temporary office trailer and north-end fuel pumps during construction. e. Item(s) to be salvaged are to be stored in a secure, weatherproof area onsite. f. Protect trees within 180 ft from building perimeter. Preserved trees are to be barricaded with a 3-foot-high plastic mesh (orange OSHA ) supported by six-footlong T-posts or 2x2 wood stakes or equivalent. Stakes are to be spaced 8 ft maximum. g. Permit has been applied for. All permitting fees are the contractor's responsibility.
