Pierce County Parks and Recreation Services is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified multidisciplinary teams for the design, engineering and permitting of Frontier Park Horse Arena Cover, located in the Graham community of Pierce County. The result of this RFQ process will be the negotiation and award of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA). One firm may be selected for award and negotiation of a PSA. In some cases, the County may elect to assign only specific portions of a project, or in other cases, the entire project including auxiliary associated work to the Consultant. The County reserves the right to reject all submissions and re-advertise the project at a later date. Clarification Deadline - 4/14/2022 4:00 PM Frontier Park is located in the Graham community of Pierce County at; 21718 Meridian Ave East, Graham, WA 98338 Design, engineer and permit a roof cover over a part of the Frontier Park Horse Arena. Work will include stakeholder outreach, public bid support and construction administration. All questions must be submitted electronically, under the Clarifications Tab not later than seven days prior to bid opening. Bidders must be registered electronically in order to submit questions The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
