Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This is an Invitation to Bid for the Lounibus Roof Project. This project requires license B - General or C-39 Roofing Contractor (Must be Certified Pre-Approved Garland Contractor prior to submitting bid). Vendor is responsible for downloading all applicable documents included in this bid event. The estimated budget for this project is $1,100,000.00 dollars. The Bidder's Bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California as a surety, made payable to the District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid must be attached to the vendor's response. Vendor technical questions must be submitted via email to John Dybczak at johnd@qka.com of Quattrocchi Kwok Architects on or before March 5, 2019 at 3 pm, if an addendum is required it will be issued no later than March 14, 2019. These are the only forms of notification authorized by the college district. Sonoma County Junior College shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed. Time of completion for this project is Ninety (90) days from NTP and Liquidated damages are $500 per day.
