The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (Solicitation) is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified General Contractors (Bidder) interested in the provision of General Contractor (GC) for Capital Center Wheelchair Lift for the Beaverton School District. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
