State Project #: CP2012 (1270-2018) Contract # CW19-MB-0021 Title: The project includes approximately 1,650 square-feet of interior selective renovations to renovate an animal research/vivarium wash room within the University of Mas sachusetts Medical School (Level A; Clinical Wing) Every General Bidder must be DCAM Prime Certified in General Construction. Each general bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of total bid amount in the form of a bid bond or certified or treasurer or cashier check issued by a responsible bank or trust company payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly endorsed with the name and address of the bidder, project number, contract number and title. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A - 44J inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass.
