Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; water / sewer project; for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Moncton requires the services of a professional, qualified, and experienced contractor to renovate a portion of existing trails in Mapleton Park, and relocate existing furniture and shelter from Rabbit Brook Trail (off Kendra Street), as well as a new bridge construction & existing bridge demolition. The renovation will raise the trails in low areas making them less prone to damage from flooding of nearby Halls Creek, as indicated in the attached Drawings. The project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of culverts and drainage work 2. Raising of the trail 3. Relocation of shelter and furniture (From Rabbit Brook Trail to Mapleton Park) 4. Replacement of manhole frame & covers 5. Installation of concrete bench pads 6. Supply and install benches on new and existing pads 7. Topsoil and hydroseed restoration 8. Relocation of furniture and signage 9. Tree Planting 10. Existing bridge demolition 11. New bridge construction 12.
