Construction of a new 1-story building addition on the fire department side and interior renovations on both levels of the police department. There are (6) bid alternates which include a new mezzanine in the apparatus bay, a new detached garage, a new (4) car carport, a new (20) car parking lot and site improvements, new hollow metal doors with frames and side lights and replacement of (5) existing overhead garage doors. Bidders are advised that State Prevailing Wage requirements WILL apply to this contract.
