Renovation of an educational facility in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the replacement of existing glazing and storefront systems at designated windows in the Evergreen & Shields Buildings at the College of Southern Idaho, Twin Falls. The glazing is to be removed and all the existing sealants (gaskets) are to be replaced on the windows in scope. The project also includes add alternates to replace the glazing in additional windows in the building and to replace miscellaneous doors, glazing and hardware. All measurements will need to be field verified before work is to begin. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
