Site work and paving for a civil project in South Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The bids are anticipated to be considered by the City Council on April 1, 2019 at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall for pavement removal and replacement, curb & gutter removal and replacement, water main replacement, storm sewer replacement, sanitary sewer manhole replacement, restoration, and appurtenances for 5th Avenue South from Park St to Southview Blvd. All bids shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond, payable to the order of the City of South St. Paul for not less than five (5%) percent of the amount bid. For this project, we will be accepting online electronic bids. To access the electronic bid form, download the project documents and click the online bidding button at the top of the advertisement. Electronic bid bonds will also be accepted through Surety 2000 using South St. Paul's company number #P03169898. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City Council reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of forty-five (45) days.
