Site work and paving for a civil project in McAllen, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project will provide the labor and equipment needed to repave approximately 223,100 square yards of streets. The project proposes to remediate pavement along various locations throughout the City. This project proposes to resurface pavement by milling, salvaging, recycling, and relaying existing and new asphalt. Existing storm sewer inlets, manholes and additional appurtenances are adjusted accordingly. Clarification Deadline :3/11/2019 5:00 PM The Bidders bid security shall be submitted before the above-mentioned electronic bid opening date and time. Failure to submit the bid security shall be grounds for disqualification. The City of McAllen reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all Bids and to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, or to accept the Bid considered the best value to the City, and to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days without taking action.
