Please note that all RFIs and/or clarifications will be answered by 4:00 P.M. on Friday, March 29, 2019. Bidder shall submit with the bid a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful bidders contract. All Bid Addenda will be issued on the website as well as in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23c. Notice of addenda shall be provided pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of the content of all addenda related to this procurement. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.38 of the "Prevailing Wage Act."
