A new artificial turf field including stone subbase, concrete work for synthetic turf attachment, & synthetic turf surfacing and infill. 2. Associated field improvements including dugout shelters, batting tunnels, pitching mounds, ball netting, & relocating an existing scoreboard. 3. Stormwater improvements including perforated collection pipes, outlet structures, manholes, stormwater conveyance pipes, and catch basins. 4. Additional site improvements including concrete sidewalks, concrete curbs, chain link fences & gates. 5. The work must be performed in a manner that maintains the security of the staff and students. 6. Contractor's personnel must adhere to the Emerson Board of Education's policies and shall conduct themselves in a manner that does not constitute harassment (as defined in the policy) as a result of interacting with and around the residents. E. The Contractor shall comply with the following Milestone Schedule: 1. The project shall be completed by February 27, 2025. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the Emerson Board of Education, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any non-responsive bids or all bids, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, and to waive minor informalities or non-material exceptions, that may be in the best interest of the Board.
