Pre-Qualification Required: No The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the construction of Hermitage East Playground Drainage Improvements located within the Town of Ajax. The work will include but it is not limited to the excavation of existing wood resurfacing, installation of a sub-drainage system and the installation of new resilient wood surfacing. Works to commence on or about Monday, May 06, 2019 , with completion by Friday, June 07, 2019 Inquiry Deadline Date: Thursday, March 28, 2019 Inquiry Deadline Time: 11:30 AM Local Time Amount: A bid bond in the amount of $6,000.00 is a requirement. The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 50% Performance and Maintenance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract. Site Visit: N/A The Town shall only accept Electronic Bid Submissions submitted through the Town's Bidding System,Bid Opportunities. Bid submissions received by any other method shall be rejected unless the Town has instructed otherwise within the Bid Document or by published Addendum.Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted
