The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete the construction of Roland Michener Park Retrofit located within the Town of Ajax. The Works shall include but is not limited to the removal of the existing playground, unit paving, asphalt paving and the construction of a new playground, fitness equipment, asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curbs, signage, landscaping, and lighting. The park is located on the south side of Ritchie Avenue, east of Westney Road, and east of the Roland Michener Public School (95 Ritchie Avenue).
