The Town of Ajax is soliciting Bids from qualified General Contractors for the supply of all labour, equipment, products, fuel and materials necessary to complete construction of the Ajax Community Centre (ACC) and McLean Community Centre (MCC) Lighting Retrofit - Phase 2 project. Works to commence on or about Monday, May 02, 2022, with completion by Friday, September 16, 2022 Inquiry Deadline Date: Tuesday, February 22, 2022 Inquiry Deadline Time: 11:30 AM Local Time Bid Bond: Yes Amount: A bid bond in the amount of $45,000.00 is a requirement. Performance Bond: The successful Bidder will be required to provide a 50% Performance and Maintenance Bond and a 50% Labour and Materials Payment Bond upon execution of the Contract. Bid submissions received by any other method shall be rejected unless the Town has instructed otherwise within the Bid Document or by published Addendum.
