This project is for the construction of a middle school by renovations and additions to convert the existing Fort Campbell High School into Fort Campbell Middle School, at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. There is also approximately 69,000 SF of demolition work. The project shall comply with current DoDEA 21C Facility Requirements to include general purpose classrooms, gymnasium, auditorium, information center, computer lab, cafeteria/food service/kitchen, supply areas, specialist rooms, music room, art room, learning impaired room, neighborhoods, learning hubs, teacher work rooms, counseling areas, storage, administrative offices, and other required areas for a fully functioning facility and school complex. Project includes related infrastructure such as parking areas, mechanical rooms, delivery areas, storage, and lighting. Site improvements include signage, fencing, paving, landscaping, covered walkways, exterior lighting and utilities. The Contract Duration is nine hundred and fifty (950) calendar days from Notice to Proceed. This RFP will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This is a single phase procurement. The proposals will be evaluated using a Best Value Trade Off source selection process.
