This is a building energy upgrade project to include the replacement of the boiler, the cooling tower and new mechanical controls systems, three (3) air handling units and twentythree (23) perimeter heat pumps. The intended purposes and sought-after outcomes for the project include lowering the building maintenance and operations costs, reducing the downtime needed for system repairs and providing a safe sustainable environment for the buildings staff and patrons. All Bid Proposals must be a fixed price and include all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services required for and incidental to the miscellaneous repairs and replacements indicated. All work under the Contract shall be performed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications incorporated herein as Exhibit A, and the Drawings which are incorporated herein as Exhibit B Bidders are expected to bring a copy of all the Solicitation Documents to the Pre-Submission Meeting; the City will not provide copies.
