Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

This project consists of an addition to the existing BREC Greenwood Park waterfront building and minor renovations to the existing building. The addition is adjacent to, but not attached to, the existing building. The addition is connected to the existing building by an outdoor wood deck and covered walkways. The project includes a small rental space, storage, offices, restrooms and a warming kitchen l Bids, amendments to bids, or requests for withdrawal of bids, received after the time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever, except as required by law. Bids shall be firm for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid shall be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time except as allowed per LSAR.S.38:2214.C. Bids with no license number will be rejected. One (1) copy of the bid form shall be submitted. Bid form blanks must be duly filled in by the Bidder. Bidders are cautioned not to attach any conditions or provisions to their proposals. Any foreign conditions will render the proposal invalid and may cause its rejection.
