C1847023 The Goat Canyon Sediment Basin complex (GCSB), managed by California State Parks (CSP) the State, is a sediment capture/retention facility located within Border Field State Park (BFSP), 1500 Monument Road, San Diego, CA 92154; it captures cross-border run-off from Mexico. Contractor shall perform clean out maintenance of the Sediment Basins and haul-off Deposition Material from the Processing Pads All according to the plans, specifications and bid documents available to download and made a part of this bid. Please download and read all attached documents for instruction and requirements for this bid. It is in the opinion of The State of California, The Department of Parks and Recreation, that this Invitation for Bids (IFB) Public works, is complete and without need of explanation. All questions can be submitted to: casey.wear@parks.ca.gov, faxed to: (619) 688-3229 or mailed/delivered to San Diego Coast District, 4477 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92110, no later than Friday, March 22, 2019, by 1:00 pm PST. After the mandatory job walk on 3/20/2019.
