Site work and paving for a road / highway in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
In accordance with Contract Documents, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and disposal as necessary to complete the construction of North Harbor Drive Landscape Improvements, San Diego, California. The work shall include, but not limited to the following as shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications of the San Diego Unified Port District. The project improvements are located on North Harbor Drive, from the Nimitz Bridge at Spanish Land Park West to the intersection of North Harbor Drive and Harbor Island Drive. Landscape and irrigation improvements consist of removing existing landscaping and installation of new landscaping material, irrigation system, and includes the following, but not limited to: 1. Approximately 78,086 square feet of re-vegetation and landscape planting. 2. Clear and grub of existing landscape material, including plant material, weeds, mulch, turf, cobblestone, and boulders within existing landscape areas. 3. Installation of new landscaping material and irrigation system within the existing landscaped areas, including water wise plants, box trees, bark mulch, rock cobble mulch, cobblestone, small boulders, and decomposed granite. 4. Demolition of existing concrete walkway. 5. Installation of new concrete walkway. 6. Installation of two (2) monument signs per the location shown on the plans. 7. 90-Day maintenance period.
