All questions are due Provide Elevator maintenace services for: (one) "Thyssen Dover" Hydraulic Passenger Elevator #118162 (one) "US Elevator" Hydraulic Passenger Elevator # 092554 All questions are due in writing by July 8, 2020 by 1:00 PM PST. State law allows certified small business (SB) and microbusiness (MB) firms to receive a 5% bidding preference on applicable state solicitations. The 5% preference is also available for non-certified businesses who subcontract 25% of contract amount with a certified SB/MB. The anticipated performance period of the contract is 9/1/2020 through 8/31/2025 In the opinion of The Department of Parks and Recreation, this Invitation for Bid is complete and without need of explanation.
