Prequalification application with a Supplemental Prequalification* for LLB projects ("Prequalification Application(s)"). 2. Statement of qualifications ("SOQ(s)") (together with Prequalification Application(s) as "Response(s)"), to perform preconstruction services and construction services for projects. only if prequalified under Step 1 POOL(S). The District intends to create two pools, Group H and Group J, of qualified Contractors that the District intends to maintain for two (2) years with two options to extend for an additional year each (at the District's discretion) for a qualification term of three (3) or four (4) years in total. From these pools, the District intends to then solicit Proposals for certain projects through subsequent Request(s) for Proposal ("RFP(s)"). Group H Pool is for projects at or below $26,000,000 in estimated value. Hold a Class B Contractors License, which is current, valid, and in good standing with the California Contractor's State License Board; and Have a current, valid contractor registration with Department of Industrial Relations; and Maintain a full-service office within seventy-five (75) miles of the District Business Center located at: 4100 Normal St., San Diego, CA 92103; and In addition to prequalifying through the District's standard prequalification process, Contractors must meet the minimum requirements of the Supplemental Prequalification for Lease-Leaseback Projects. Be prepared to execute Contractor Acknowledgment of Master Site and Master Facilities Leases after the District's evaluation process and distribution of the final form of the Lease-Leaseback contract form. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals or in the RFPQ process. Group J Pool is for projects at or above $26,000,001 in estimated value.
