The project also includes installation and maintenance of erosion control devices. 2. Sidewalks, trail, and wheelchair ramps shall comply with current Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements. 3. There is a 14-ft wide (inside clearance) prefabricated pedestrian bridge for this project. Prior to ordering and manufacturing of bridge, verify with bridge and abutment engineer appropriate dimensions needed for approved bridge design. Refer to TxDOT specification 4000, bridge plans, and supplemental bid documents for further requirements. 4. Contractor will be responsible to provide plant protection in accordance with the plans and specifications. 5. Contractor will be responsible to implement the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) for the Brays Bayou Replacement Trail and use best practices during construction.
