Minority Contractors are encouraged to submit bids on this project as a prime contractor or through a prime contractor. Bids shall be taken from Prime Contractors pre-quaiified by the Public Works Certification Board in the following classification(s): 1711.00 HVAC work in excess of $1,000,000.00 or 1711.02 Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning. The State of Indiana reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A goal of 7% MBE and 5% WBE has been set for this Contract. Compliance with the goals will be based on the cumulative amount of Work issued over the duration of the Contract. A goal of 3% Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business (IVOSB) participation has been set for the Contract. Compliance with the goal will be based on the cumulative amount of Work issued over the duration of the Contract. All questions or requests for clarification concerning this Contract are to be directed to r.pettit@gordian.com. All questions must be received by The Gordian Group by 5:00 PM (Indianapolis Time) on Friday March 29, 2019.
