District-wide O&M Door Repairs at North Base, Central Base and South Base Questions and Clarification Due: March 7, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Quotes Due: March 14, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Notice of Award: March 18, 2019 Notice to Proceed: March 20, 2019 (based on receipt of insurance Docs) The payment of Prevailing Wages is required for this contract as detailed in the Labor Code Requirements, (Exhibit C to the Agreement for Services). For all Agreements over $25,000, the successful CONTRACTOR must provide a payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Grand Total Amount and issued by a California admitted surety. Full compensation for furnishing the payment bond is included in the Grand Total Amount. Central O&M Doors Sheriff's Room steel roll-up door (32' W x 9 H): Remove and reinstall hood. Add a center support to secure hood. Adjust and align curtain.
