Renovation of a municipal facility in Burke, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The New York Power Authority (hereafter, the AUTHORITY" and/or "NYPA" invites you to submit a proposal for turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") services to deliver its North Country Energy Storage Project, a 20MW / 20MWh lithium-ion battery system. These services shall include, but not be limited to, all supervision, labor, materials (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Bid Documents), construction drawings and technical specifications for the Battery Energy Storage project. A description of the required services is provided and details are attached in the RFP. Site walk information is noted in Ariba. Commensurate experience is required for this project. Further details on qualifications/requirements can be found in the Bid Document. This contract may be fulfilled by a Sub Contract, Joint Venture or Co-Production arrangement. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
