Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work includes the construction of approximately: Common Excavation 29,693 CY Bituminous Pavement 8,220 TON RCP Storm Sewer 2,938 LF Watermain 7,869 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 19,370 LF Concrete Walk 107,540 SF 30" Steel Casing (Jacked) 94 LF Revise Signal System 1 LS Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Truck Rentals, Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions, and Responsible Contractor Certification. A bid bond in the amount of not less than 5% percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of St. Louis Park shall accompany each bid. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City. Thomas K.
