Project Components: Level 1: Interior remodel of existing office and support spaces and building systems to reconfigure existing offices, create new teaching laboratories, reconfigure existing space as new classrooms and reconfigure existing support spaces. Building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, audio/visual, technology and others will be removed, placed, or reconfigured to support the new building program. Finishes of all effected spaces will be replaced new. Level 2: Interior remodel of existing office and support spaces and building systems to reconfigure existing offices and reconfigure existing support spaces. Building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, audio/visual, technology and others will be removed, placed, or reconfigured to support the new building program. Finishes of all effected spaces will be replaced new.
