This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Seattle, Washington. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform routine and emergency maintenance, repair, new installation and improvement work at King County facilities on a Work Order basis. Work site: Various locations throughout King County, Washington. The work performed under this Contract shall not exceed $300,000 and the initial Contract Time shall not exceed 365 calendar days from the date of Contract Execution by the County. The County does not guarantee any minimum amount of work or that the dollar amount of the Work Orders issued will total $300,000 during the duration of this Contract. At the County’s sole discretion, this Contract may be extended for one additional year or until the Not to Exceed Contract Price is reached, whichever occurs first. Submit all inquiries in writing via email to the Contract Specialist. No verbal answers by any County personnel or its agents and consultants will be binding on the County. SCS Utilization Requirements. The Contractor shall ensure that at least 5% of the total price for all executed Work Orders shall be performed by King County Certified SCS Firms over the life of the Contract. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price.
