Renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Design and construction services for FSS solar array and HVAC system replacement projects. This project will replace the existing HVAC system and add a solar array at the FAA FSS building. Submit all inquiries via email to the Contract Specialist and cc the Alternate Contract Specialist. Contract Specialist: Julie Snider, julie.snider@kingcounty.gov, 206-263-9291 Intent of contract. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Alteration of work and quantities. The Owner reserves the right to make such changes in quantities and work as may be necessary or desirable to complete, in a satisfactory manner, the original intended work. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, the Owners Engineer or RPR shall be and is hereby authorized to make, in writing, such in-scope alterations in the work and variation of quantities as may be necessary to complete the work, provided such action does not represent a significant change in the character of the work.
