Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The project scope includes demolishing the existing Fisher's Terminal hardscape and replacing it to meet ADA requirements as indicated, in Contract documents, in addition to pavement markings, signage installation, and minimal landscaping. Phase construction and traffic control to minimize tenant impacts. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $500k - $700k. The time limit for substantial, completion of the work is 138 calendar days.
