Modifications include, but are not limited to, separation of the existing unwatering and drainage sump with a cast-in-place concrete wall, installation of new drainage pumps and controls, upgraded sump oil detection, sump access modifications, installation of sump oil skimmer, removal of existing concrete vault oil/water separators and replacement with fiberglass tank oil/water separator, replacement of the pressure relief valve on the main unit step up transformer, installation of ancillary containment curbs, drains, and plugs for oil filled operating equipment, minor piping reroutes including concrete corings for pipe penetrations, and incidental related work.This effort is to include all associated works required and described within this Contract package.
