The Project is Located at 47674 School St, Oakridge, or 97463 at the Building Referred to as the Willamette Activity Center Description: The Project is Located at 47674 School St, Oakridge, or 97463 at the Building Referred to as the Willamette Activity Center, a.k.a. The Wac. The Existing Roof Area is Approximately 29,000 Sf. The Work of This Project Includes Removal of the Existing Roofing and Insulation Systems Above the Roof Decking, Modifications to Some of the Existing Roof Structure, Installation of New Plywood Roof Sheathing Over the Existing Roof Decking, Installation of New Steel Pipes for a Future Roof Top Solar Array System, New Tapered Rigid Insulation, and New Single-ply Tpo Roofing. Some of the Existing Roofing Includes an Asbestos-containing Material, Which Will Require Removal, Handling, and Disposal by an Oregon Deq-licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor. This Abatement is Part of the Project Scope of Work. Additional Opportunities to View the Project Site Will Occur on 6/24/2025 From 1:00 to 4:00 P.m. And 6/25/2025 From 1:00 to 4:00 P.m. These Site Visits Are Not Mandatory, and There May Not Be a Project Representative on Site.
