**As of 4/25 no bids received. It has sought a bid waiver from the state and is being direct solicited. No contact for work has been awarded yet Questions: Must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system. It is the contractors/proposers responsibility to check Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. No telephone calls, emails, or faxes will be accepted. ONLY if you are going to submit an original 10% bid bond or submit a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Purchasing Office at: State of Wyoming, Procurement Section, 2800 Central Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 2:00 p.m. April 11, 2019. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000 you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document. It is the Contractors responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. Each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. A bid bond is acceptable ONLY if the bidder should be awarded the contract, and provides a 100% Performance and Payment Bond
