The board of Uinta County Commissioners is accepting sealed bids for the price per ton for supplying and delivering of liquid Magnesium Chloride and the use of portable frac tanks (20,000 gallon min capacity) for dust suppression on Uinta County roads for the 2022 year. Bid prices must be good for the 2022 construction season. In reviewing the bids received, Uinta County reserves the right to reject, for any reason whatsoever, any and all bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. Uinta County will not be bound to accept the low bid, but rather the bid that is in the best interest of Uinta County.
