The State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill is seeking a responsive and responsible contractor to provide Ceramic, floor and wall tile, vinyl flooring materials and services for the Partial Renovation of Curtis-Mott - TILE & FLOORING project which will include: All ceramic, porcelain floor and wall tile as per drawings and specs. Vinyl flooring and rubber base. Include all required floor prep. AREX K 15 leveling underlayment. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage certified minority- or women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran-owned business participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. State Finance Law 139-l requires bidders on State contracts to have in place policies and training to prevent sexual harassment. A certification of such is required for submission of this bid.
