The State University Construction Fund (SUCF) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consultants to provide consultant services to provide a comprehensive update to the 2011 Facilities Master Plan (FMP) for the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. The Facilities Master Plan will guide the Campus in identifying, prioritizing, and structuring future project requests for capital funding. The FMP shall address the projected capital facilities improvement needs of SUNY Cobleskill for a ten-year period. The Study shall consist of five phases as was in the original study. Work for Phases I and II shall be limited to updates while Phases III, IV, and V will require complete review based on current enrollment, enrollment projections, and space needs. Once registered, consultants will receive an email with the applicable Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and the link to upload your Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) at the submission deadline. Once your registration is submitted, you will receive a confirmation number and the RFQ via email.
