The State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill is seeking a responsive and responsible contractor to provide electrical materials, labor and services for the Partial Renovation of Curtis-Mott -Electrical project which will include: o All electrical per drawings and specs o Lighting fixtures o Fire Alarm o Electrical for HVAC equipment o Temporary Lighting o Data Wiring o Removals per drawings o Wiring for Security Camera All work on this Contract is to begin on May 14,2019 and to be completed by August 1,2019. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $10.00 for (1) electronic set (download or CD) or $49.00 for (1) physical set, made payable to SUNY College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.
