The State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill is seeking a responsive and responsible contractor to provide HVAC services in Dix Hall as described and detailed in the contract documents including: Provide HVAC Work as per Drawings & Specifications. All work associated with the required Natural Gas Piping. All removals and relocations as per Drawings & Specifications Installation of curb by owner but curb is to be provided by HVAC contractor. Roofing by Owner. Roof & Floor penetrations by owner layout by HVAC contractor. Equipment and start-ups by HVAC contractor. Fire dampers and installation by HVAC contractor. Electrical and Fire alarm by others. Framing and Drywall by others. Ceiling removals and replacement by others. All work as per the construction schedule provided with contract. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage certified minority- or women-owned business enterprises and service-disabled veteran-owned business participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.
