Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hillcrest Mines, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The primary Work of this Contract for the Castle River Bridge Campground, Campsite Electrification comprises of but not limited to the following: 1. Supply and install 25 secondary campsite power pedestals and supply and install electrical services to five (5) comfort cabins as per the attached specifications and drawings. 2. Supply and install power to three (3) washroom facilities. 3. Installation of underground power cabling to these locations. 4. Installation of weatherproof CDP enclosure and associated underground power cabling to these locations. 5. Termination of conductors to lugs and circuit breakers within pedestals, comfort cabins and CDP enclosures to provide power to sites as required. 6. Trenching of all buried power cabling in roadways and non-vegetated areas to include stripping and stockpiling of topsoil, excavation, placing of bedding sand, replacement of native fill and topsoil, topdress) 7. Direction Drilling of all buried power cabling in vegetated areas. 8. Hydrovac of all utility services (crossings and transformer) per Fortis requirements. 9. Waste Excavation of trenching materials.
