The Contractor shall be responsible for providing any and all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required in order to construct a pipe network along Ravenswood Drive to replace the existing ditch system on the south side of the roadway. Work also includes cross drain replacement, erosion control measures, pavement cut/repair, maintenance of traffic, signing, pavement marking, and utility adjustments. The intent is to provide for the construction and completion in every detail of the work described in the Contract Documents. Construction shall be completed in accordance with the Construction Plans, St. Johns County Utility Department (SJCUD) Manual of Water, Wastewater and Reuse Design Standards, Specifications, permit requirements and terms of the Contract. Within the same Bid but funded separately by the City of St. Augustine are utility relocations. Relocation of adjacent private utilities by others shall be accommodated. All work shall be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. Questions are due no later than five o'clock (5:00PM) on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Manager or other designated County Representative.
