Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
Twenty-five (25) acres located on the South side of Pine Island Rd approximately 1.5 miles East of U.S. Hwy 1 (across from the future Crosswater Pkwy extension). Scope to include construction gravel entrance, silt fence, clearing of timber and grubbing all soils. Mobilization to occur no later than January 13, 2020 with substantial completion no later than February 21, 2020. Project to have liquidated damages in the amount of $1,500 / day if not substantially complete by February 21, 2020.
