Renovation of a municipal facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK: Construction work consist of installation of a new 125KW Generator and a new 800A Main Switch Board (MSB) including Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS); work includes relocating existing car charging stations, installing conduit from new MSB to generator, and building a masonry wall (west side) to screen the generator as per the structural design. Work includes but not limited to providing power for generator accessories, installing of metering pedestal, running conduit to generator annunciator, remote monitoring system, Installation of generator annunciator, and feeder conductor's installation from ATS to MSB and generator. Coordinate and arrange NV Energy to disconnect and reconnect main feeders at MSB end, using materials noted on Drawings and specified herein. ESTIMATED COST: $142,500.00 - $150,000. The County will respond to questions until April 1, 2019. The County will not respond after this date.
