The Board of Education, Gretna Public Schools, Gretna, Nebraska will receive Bids for a Combined Contract, including General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical Work, for stadium expansion and site improvements located at 11335 S. 204th Street, Gretna, Nebraska, 68208. This Project includes expansion and additions to the existing stadium and surrounding facilities. Work includes site work, expansion of the cast-in-place concrete stadium seating along with separate metal grandstands, multiple buildings including toilets, press boxes, concessions, and team rooms. Buildings are slab on grade and multi-story ones. Constructed of CMU, steel and wood structures. Site work includes grading, synthetic turf for a football field and a separate soccer field, site utilities and paving. Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Structural work is included.
