A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the removal of the existing 27,800 SF single-ply roof system down to the existing insulation and provide a new single-ply roof system. New roof system to include new prefinished roof edges, coping caps, and roof drains. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
