The work consists of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to provide for the interior classroom renovation of approximately 2,100 SF of the Engineering Physics Building, including demolition, finishes, HVAC revisions and electrical work. The Work consists of the following: 1. The Work includes all labor and material to complete the work included in the Contract Documents for the project. 2. All existing substrates and building conditions will be maintained in the condition asvisible during the bid period; the contractor shall include all necessary costs to complete and achieve the work shown. Existing construction documents for the original construction of the Building are available for review by contractors. Conditions that are apparent, reasonably inferable, or disclosed in the available documents shall not be considered "unforeseen conditions" as basis for contractor claims for cost or time extensions. Earliest Start Date of on-site work: Approximately September 7, 2025 ; Substantial Completion, approximately December 16, 2025 ; Final completion- January 15, 2026.
