Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The successful proposer shall provide proof from the contractor of a performance and payment bond with minimum requirements of: 1. A bid bond no less than 5% of the proposal price. 2. A performance bond from of the contractor for 100% of the contract price. 3. A payment bond on the part of the contractor for 100% of the contract price. 4. Builders Risk Insurance. Scope of work is : 1. The Developer is expected to provide plans and specifications for the development of the project. 2. Secure all necessary permits. 3. Prepare site for development. 4. Hire a licensed contractor and subcontractor to complete the work. 5. Comply with all state, federal and local laws that apply to the development of this project. 6. Inspect the work and provide oversight of project development. 7. Complete the project in accordance with the terms outlined in the written agreement and this RFP. 8.
