The scope of work includes construction of a new Municipal Aquatic Facility. The project includes demolition of the current pool and deck, demolition in the filter building, selective site demolition, and selective bath house building demolition. Construction of a new competition pool, family zero entry swimming pool, new concrete deck, new fencing, filter system, site development, roadwork, rain garden (in Landry Park), and bath house building additions and renovations. Project will be municipally funded. Project is tax exempt. All bids for this project are subject to applicable bidding laws of State of Vermont, Municipality, County, and Federal bidding laws. The municipality reserves the right to waive formalities in proposals submitted by bidders and to accept the proposals that in the opinion of the governing body is the best interest of the citizens. By submission of a bid, the Bidder agrees that this bid shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded after the opening of bids.
