Site work for a water / sewer project in Winooski, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Engineer's estimated cost for this Contract is approximately $120,000.00. The project involves installation of three stormwater bioretention bumpouts along curblines; replacement of two stormwater catch basin structures and portions of drainage pipe; relocation of portions of three sanitary sewer force mains and maintenance of wastewater flows during construction; installation of new cast-in-place concrete curbing around the Brisson Court cul-de-sac and the three bumpouts; adjusting frames and grates or covers on existing catch basins and manhole structures; resurfacing of bituminous concrete pavement; and all associated earthwork, erosion protection and sediment control, and traffic control. Sealed bids must be submitted in an opaque package labeled "RFB STR-27-01." Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in accordance with the bidding documents. Performance and payment bonds are required under the contract. For bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to instructions to bidders included in the bidding documents. The designated website (https://www.winooskivt.gov/bids.aspx) will be periodically updated with addenda. Prospective bidders must contact the owner via email prior to the inquiry deadline for bidding documents. Only official notifications, addenda, and other bidding documents from the Owner are valid. The Owner and Engineer are not responsible for documents obtained from other sources. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Prospective Bidders shall contact the Owner via email (rlambert@winooskivt.gov) with inquiries and requests for Bidding Documents Bids received by the Owner after the Bid Submission Deadline will not be considered.
